  • 4 cheese burgers (fresh space)

Preparation

Remove the white seeds and filaments from the peppers, and detail the flesh into cubes. Cut zucchini and eggplant into cubes. Chop red onions and young onions. Press the half lemon.
1 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a pan and fry the red onions, peppers, zucchini and eggplant for 2 minutes while stirring. Add the paprika,
the oregano, basil, young onions and 1 dl of water. Cover and simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally.
2 Include cherry tomatoes, drained chickpeas, sugar and lemon juice. Let simmer 6 min. Salt, pepper and stir in frozen chervil.
3 Meanwhile, heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan and cook the cheese burgers on each side.
