How to prepare gnocchi with spinach and country sausage recipe

Preparation
Cut the sausages into 3 cm pieces. Roughly chop the spinach. Chop red onions and garlic. Chop the pepper, after removing the seeds (do not seed it if you prefer a spicy dish). Take out the rosemary branch. Tear the basil leaves. Brown the pine nuts in a nostick frying pan without fat.
1 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the red onions with the chilli, garlic and rosemary. Add the sausages and continue cooking until golden brown. Reserve everything out of the pan.
2 Heat 2 tbsp. olive oil in the pan and melt the spinach. Salt and pepper.
3 In the meantime, cook the gnocchi in slightly salted boiling water (see cooking time on the package). Drain.
4 Mix the pasta and sausages in the spinach pan. Sprinkle with pine nuts and basil.
