n1 Make thin garlands of carrots and unpeeled zucchini with a peeler.
2 Cut the leek whites into thin strips of ± 6 cm in length.
3 Chop the parsley.
4 Take 4 sheets of aluminum and place 1 sheet of baking paper on each. Divide the gyros and all the cut vegetables. Crumble the bouillon cube over and sprinkle with light cream. Salt, pepper and sprinkle with flat parsley. Close the curls well.
Cook the papillotes ± 25 min on the barbecue over medium heat.
