How to prepare pot-au-feu for elves recipe

Superficially thaw frozen turkey chard. Chop the onions. Cut the carrots in half lengthwise, then in 1 cm thick strips. Drain the pineapples and cut the slices into 2 cm pieces.
1 Heat the olive oil in a wok or large saucepan, and brown the carbonades on all sides. Spice curry, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper. Proceed in small quantities.
2 Add the onions and carrots, the bouillon cube and 5 dl of water. Cook ± 30 min over low heat and covered. In the meantime, cook the rice in slightly salted boiling water (see cooking time on the package). Drain the rice and rinse it.
4 Mix the pineapple and the bean sprouts in the carbonades, and warm it up. Rectify the seasoning if necessary.
