  • 12 potatoes

  • 5 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 pinch of sugar

Cut 12 potatoes in 4 lengthways and sprinkle with olive oil. Put them in a baking dish, skin side up, and slide them ± 10 min in a hot oven. In the meantime, cut 1 diced red pepper and let them steam for about 10 minutes. Fry 1 onion and 3 pieces of minced garlic in 3 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil. Spice 2 tbsp. paprika, and prolong the cooking for a few moments. Add 325 g of cherry tomato salsa (bottle), tabasco, salt, 1 pinch of sugar and 1 bay leaf. Add the diced peppers and pepper. Mix the sauce and continue cooking for 30 minutes over low heat. Sprinkle roasted potatoes with sea salt.
