Cooking preparation (10 min)
1 Chop the flat parsley.
2 Finely chop the red onion.
3 Cut the tomatoes into slices.
4 Mix the American fillet with paprika, garlic, sauce
Worcester, a few drops of tabasco (according to your taste),
red onion and minced parsley. Salt and pepper
5 Shape 4 American dumplings and flatten them into a 2 cm thick burger (for your convenience, use a hamburger press if you wish)
6 Cook the bacon slices in a frying pan
