1 Cook 30 g risones in boiling water (see cooking time on the package). Add 20 g of tournedos, 100 g of chinced chicory and a few leaves of watercress for the last 5 minutes of cooking. Drain.
2 Mix everything and add 1 tsp. coffee of vegetable oil.
