Preparation

Chop the shallot and garlic. Remove the seeds and white filaments from the peppers, and cut the flesh into cubes. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces.
Can be done in advance (45 min)
1 Melt 1 tbsp. butter in a large saucepan and sauté garlic and shallot until translucent.
2 Add the mince and cook while grilling with a fork.
3 Stir in frozen leeks, nutmeg and paprika, salt and pepper. Wet with broth, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 20 minutes over moderate heat.
4 Add peppers and simmer for 10 minutes
In the meantime, cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in slightly salted boiling water. Drain and puree. Mix in the milk, 2 tbsp. butter and nutmeg. Salt and pepper.
6 Sieve the mince mixture and collect the juice.
7 Melt 2 tbsp. butter in a saucepan and mix in the flour. Let dry a few moments on the fire and lengthen the cooking juices while whisking until you get a smooth sauce.
8 Divide the mince in a large baking dish. Top with sauce and cover with mashed potatoes. Make furrows with a fork on the surface and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Garnish with 1 tbsp. hazelnut butter
At the same moment (10 min + 45 min in the oven)
9 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
10 Slip the dish 45 minutes in preheated oven.
