Chop garlic, onion and leeks. Cut the mozzarella into slices. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips.

1 Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
2 Heat 1 tbsp. tablespoon olive oil and 1 tbsp. butter in a pan and steam in it
leeks ± 15 min with thyme and bay leaf
