  • 750 g minced beef and pork (or frozen)
  • 1 tomato
  • 0.5 bunch of young carrots
  • 1 mango
  • 2 cm of ginger
  • 1 branch of fresh parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon almond powder
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon brown brown sugar
  • instant binder for sauces
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoon curry
  • 2 tablespoon paprika
  • 0.5 tablespoon coffee powder ginger
  • 1 cayenne pepper knife tip
  • salt and pepper

Thoroughly thaw frozen mince. Chop onion and parsley. Detail the flesh of the mango in dice. Cut the fresh ginger into thin sticks. Cut carrots and tomato into pieces. Mix the mince with onion, parsley, almond powder and egg. Spice with curry, paprika and ginger, salt and pepper. Make dumplings the size of a ping pong ball.
1 Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and brown the meatballs well.
2 Add 3 dl of water, the tomato paste, the broth cube and the brown sugar. Then add the tomato, carrot, mango and ginger pieces. Salt, pepper and garnish with cayenne pepper.
3 Bring the mixture to a boil, then cover and continue cooking for 30 minutes over low heat.
4 Integrate the instant binder while mixing and continue cooking for a few moments.
