  • 33 centilitres Kasteelbier Beer Brown (special beer)
  • 0.25 teaspoon. paprika
  • pepper

nCut roughly the chicory.
1 Melt the butter in a large skillet and brown the headless birds (frozen). Reserve off the pan.
2 Brown the bacon for 2 minutes in the pan.
3 Add chicory, paprika and pepper and simmer 2 min.
4 Place the meat on the chicory, pour in the beer and bring to a boil. Cover and continue cooking for 20 minutes over low heat. Allow an additional 5 to 10 minutes for frozen meat.
5 Thicken sauce with instant binder.
