  • 600 g wok fish mixture (frozen)
  • 4 leeks
  • 3 cm ginger
  • 1 onion
  • 2 pieces of garlic
  • 300 g Chinese egg noodles
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 dl of fish stock (jar)
  • 6 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon tablespoon of rice oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • salt and pepper

Superficially unfreeze the pieces of fish. Cut the leek whites and a little green into thin slices. Chop onion, garlic and ginger. Mix soy sauce with sesame oil and cornstarch.
1 Cook the noodles in slightly salted boiling water (see cooking time on the package). Drain and rinse under cold water.
2 Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp. rice oil in a wok and fry onion, garlic and ginger for 1 min.
3 Add the leek slices and wet with the fish stock. Continue cooking for 5 minutes
4 Integrate the fish pieces and prolong the cooking time by 5 min. Stir in the soy sauce mixture for the last minute of cooking. Mix everything well.
5 Heat 2 tbsp. rice oil in a saucepan and warm noodles. Add salt and pepper.
