Grill the pine nuts in a nostick wok or skillet without fat.
1 Cook the pasta in slightly salted boiling water (see cooking time on the package). Drain.
In the meantime, bring the cream with the frozen spinach to a boil. Cook for 2 minutes and add Parmesan cheese. Spice with nutmeg, salt and pepper.
3 Heat the olive oil in the wok and cook the scampi for 3 to 4 minutes while stirring. Add salt and pepper. Then add them to the cream sauce.
