- 0.5 dried dill plant
- 3 branches of fresh thyme
- 70 g of grated gruyere
- 2 dl of light cream
- 500 g ricotta and spinach tortellini (chilled space)
- 5 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 dice of vegetable broth
- salt and pepper

How to prepare pasta with smoked salmon and chicory recipe

Chop the dill and sprinkle the thyme. Remove the hard core of the chicory and cut the rest into 2 cm pieces. Cut the cherry tomatoes in 2. Cut the salmon into strips.
1 Steam the chicory for 10 minutes in a bottom of boiling water. Drain them, set aside 1/3 and mix the rest with the light cream, the crumbled bouillon cube and the thyme leaves. Add salt and pepper. Add sliced dill and lemon juice.
2 In the meantime, cook the tortellini in slightly salted boiling water (see cooking time on the package) and drain. Brush an oven dish with olive oil and add the pasta.
3 Divide the chicory pieces and salmon strips over the pasta and cover with chicory cream.
4 Sprinkle the gruyere and pine nuts and slide under the grill to obtain a nice au gratin crust.
