- 1 tablespoon pine nuts
- 1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes (cold space)
- 10 g of red beetroot (or leek gems)
- 2 hard boiled eggs
- 0.33 flat parsley plant
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- salt and pepper
- smoked duck breast (freshness) (or Grisons meat)

2 Cut 5 artichoke hearts, drained into pieces and mix with 1 tbsp. dried tomatoes, 10 g of leek or beetroot sprouts, and toasted pine nuts
3 Crush 2 boiled eggs and mix with 1/3 chopped parsley, 3 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. liquid honey, 1 tbsp. sherry vinegar, salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the artichoke mixture.
