  • 3 tablespoon flour
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • black pepper (mill)

Superficially thaw the tilapia fillets and sponge them out. Peel the kohlrabi and cut them into sticks 1/2 cm thick and 3 long. Beat the egg. Peel the potatoes and cut them into pieces. Remove the thyme and mix with the panko. Chop the parsley.
1 Cook the potatoes for 20 minutes in slightly salted boiling water. Drain.
In the meantime, melt the butter in a frying pan and sauté the kohlrabi sticks with the bay leaf 10 to 12 min. Salt and pepper, then add the parsley
