    • 400 g Jumbo shredded tiger shrimps (scampi, frozen)
    • 6 branches of fresh oregano
    • 200 g of feta (block)
    • 250 g of marinated artichoke hearts (freshness space) (+ 2 tablespoonmarinade of the package)
    • 400 g crushed tomatoes (can)
    • 1 tablespoon dried basil
    • black pepper (mill)
    • salt

    How to prepare pizza with artichokes, tiger prawns and feta cheese recipe

    Mix yeast and honey in warm water and let stand for 5 min. Then add 3 tbsp. tablespoon of olive oil. Put the flour and the salt in a big salad bowl and dig a well in the middle. Pour in the yeast mixture. Gradually add the flour with a spoon. Knead the dough for 5 minutes on the floured work surface. Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil in a bowl and put the ball of dough in it. Turn it to coat with oil. Place the dough on a board or leave it in the salad bowl and cover it with a kitchen towel. Let rise for 1 h 30 to 2 h. Divide the dough into 2 portions and spread on the floured work surface. Start with a rolling pin and then stretch the portions by hand. The dough can be thicker around the edges. Garnish the pizza pans with the desired ingredients. Crumble the feta cheese and chop the oregano leaves.
    1. Preheat the oven to 225 ° C.
    2. In the meantime, season the crushed tomatoes with basil, salt and black pepper. Spread them on the pizza bottoms and put the frozen tiger prawns on top.
    3. Drain the artichokes and cut them in 4. Spread them over the pizzas and the crumbled feta cheese. Decorate with chopped oregano.
